Admissions process

Step 1:
  • Online Application Form – Apply Here
  • Application Fee (per child)
  • Birth Certificate (original)
  • Baptismal Certificate (Catholic applicants only)
  • Report Cards & School Records including Standardized Test Results 

Step 2: Schedule a Shadow Day

  • Once your application is complete, our Admissions office will contact you to set up an appointment for the following:
  • Applicant student and parents interview (5th grade and above) with the Principal
  • Mandatory Screening for any PK3-1st grade applicants
  • Mandatory Shadow/assessment day for 2nd-8th grade applicants
  • All applicants must pay a non-refundable screening fee

 

Step 3: Once Accepted

  • Registration Fee (per family)
  • FACTS Tuition Payment Form
  • Health Assessment Records
  • Standardized Test Results

 

Also part of the admission process for students entering Grades K-8 are:

  • An interview with the student and parents. (6-8)
  • A shadow day. (Grades K-8)
  • Academic testing

 

Requirements

Children entering Pre-Kindergarten Three must be three (3) years of age by December 31st. (Must be fully potty trained)
Children entering Pre-Kindergarten Four must be four (4) years of age by December 31st
Children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age by December 31st.
